Friday, November 4th, Logan View’s Art Club went on their annual field trip. This year they began their day at KANEKO art center where they got a tour of multiple gallery spaces that featured instillation art about multiple artists’ experiences and cultures. After their tour they learned what it takes to become a museum curator by taking on the challenge to research and select works of art that they would choose to display in a gallery space.
After the gallery, students got the opportunity to eat and explore in the Old Market in Omaha. Mrs. Saylor loves to take students to new experiences to see new sights and cultures. It was definitely a memorable day for all.
