Logan View Public Schools knows and believes that educational excellence is more about the people than the plan. With the help of our staff members, parent, and community members, we collaboratively developed our district strategic plan. This plan provides the roadmap to help us meet our district’s mission.

Foundational to the success of our students (our school) is that we focus on growth and improving day by day, class by class, decision by decision. The following link takes you to the goals I wrote based on the feedback I received from the Board of Education's evaluation of my performance in the first 100 days on the job. In order for our students to adopt this growth mindset we must model and live it.
