Six Raiders represented Logan View in Omaha at the State Track Meet last Friday and Saturday. Two of them brought home medals. All of them made the blue and gold community proud. Senior Jordan Anderson brought home a medal for the second straight year, clearing 6’0 in the high jump. The jump was good enough for the eighth place medal. Coach Joe Foust commented on Anderson, “Jordan has been a big, big part of this team for four years. Several fifth grade students from Logan View have been selected for poetry publication in the next Poetry Anthology published by Poetic Power. Teachers, Sheryl Uehling and Tamera Von Essen submitted numerous poems for the upcoming edition and several were accepted for publication. Each child selected for publication produced a unique poem.
