Meet Mrs. Scheer!

My name is Stephanie Scheer and I am the school psychologist here at Logan View Public Schools. In my position, I am also the counselor for Logan View Elementary.  My role here varies daily. I provide direct support and interventions to students with mental health and behavioral needs, consult with teachers and families to improve both academic and behavioral support strategies, work with administrators and staff to continue to improve school-wide practices and policies and collaborate with community providers to coordinate needed services. I’m busy and I love it!

I grew up in Hartington, NE and graduated from Cedar Catholic High School in 2007. I attended Nebraska Wesleyan University and graduated in 2011 with a major in Psychology and a minor in Spanish. I then completed my Master’s degree in 2013 and my Education Specialist degree in 2015 at the University of Nebraska at Omaha in School Psychology.

I have been married for 5 years to my husband, Cord, and we have one son, Holden, and a daughter, Esme. We live on a farm north of Arlington where we have a few animals to keep us company. I also like to read, bake, run, and to spend time with family and friends, preferably outside.

Check back to receive tips for parents and monthly updates on the awesome activities, events, and learning going on here at Logan View!
