Skills USA is a partnership of students, teachers, and industry working together to ensure America has a skilled workforce. Skills USA helps each student excel.

Skills USA improves the quality of America's workforce through a structured program of citizenship, leadership, employability, technical and professional skills training. Skills USA enhances the lives and  careers of students, instructors, and industry representatives as they strive to be champions at work.

Skills USA serves more than 300,000 students and instructors annually.

The organization has 13,000 school chapters in 54 state and territorial associations.
More than 14,500 instructors and administrators are professional members of Skills USA.

Logan View is proud to participate in a Skills USA Chapter.


State Leadership Conference
Logan View will compete in the Skills USA State Leadership Conference in Grand Island, Nebraska on March 30 through April 1. Students will enter multiple  events according to there interests and career goals. Students will showcase leadership and career skills that will serve them in competition and the world of work. In general all students will compete in more than 100 technical and leadership fields. Contests are run with the help of industry, trade associations and labor. Some examples of  special sessions are delegate meetings and elections, along with general sessions including the entire Nebraska Skills USA general assembly. Post secondary competitions are also included as part of our state competitions. Logan View is looking forward to the chance to compete and share in the career goals and beliefs of  Skills USA.
